250 gms soaked and peeled Almonds
1 kg sugar
500 ml water
1/4 tsp Kesar
20 green cardamoms
Grind the soaked Almonds and green cardamoms fine. Adding little water at a time. Grind it into a fine paste.
Boil Sugar and water. Add kesar in the syrup. Boil it for 10 minutes. Add almond paste and boil for 5 minutes more.
Cool the mixture and fill it in a glass jar or bottle.Serve Badam Kesari Sharbat with chilled milk or water.
