Ingredients
250gms
Paneer
1 (Finely Chopped)

Ginger Paste

2 (Cut into long strips)
capsicum

Kasuri Methi
1/2 Tsp
Red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder
1/2 Tsp
Haldi
1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder
1/2 Tsp
Whole Coriander Seeds
1/2 Tsp
Cumin seeds
For Garnishing
Ginger
1 Tbsp
Oil
1 Cup
milk
Method
Put Oil to the pan & heat it for 2mins on high flame. Now put the capsicum strips & stir fry for 3-4mins, and keep the capsicum strips aside.
Now in the same oil, put cumin seeds & whole coriander seeds, and let them crackle.
Now put onions in it, and fry it till golden brown.
Now add tomatoes & ginger paste to it. Now add rest of the dry spices, and let it cook till the oil separates
Now add the fried capsicum & paneer cubes to it, and let it cook for 2-3mins.
Now add Milk to it, and stir continuously on low flame till it boils.
Garnish it with ginger as shown in the picture, and serve it hot!!
