For smoked dal.. soak 1 1/2 cups mix tur moong masoor n channadal for 1/2 hr then put hing turmeric little oil n cook nicely soft. Heat Desi ghee 1 chop onion 2 tomato 4 green chilles little red chille pwd turmeric salt ginger garlic paste cook nicely till soft then put the cooked dal coriander leaves lemon juice n kasuri methi ncook in sim gas 10 min ,then heat ghee jeera 2 chop grlic curry leaves n 2 dry red chilles fry nicely put this tadka on the dal, now the twist take the coal n burn it nicely ,in dal wash n keep onion skin on that put the coal n little ghee n hing close the lid for 5 min wow yummy dal is ready..
